The initial stage of any hospitality project starts with understanding your brand, your products and services and your target market - there is no point in creating a student bar in a corporate environment. So we need to know what is your target market and is likely to be your clientele. This information, which we can work on with you, can also act as a basis for the development of a theme. Our belief is that the starting point must be to combine your market intelligence with our knowledge of prevailing market trends. With this information we formulate creative and dynamic solutions that "engage" with your clientele and deliver a space and place that your customers will enjoy and come back to time and time again.

Design & Drawings

The next phase is the design process, the creative, innovative and exciting part! This is the phase we enjoy most as we work with the potential for your space and look at all the different opportunities available to you. It is during this phase that all our creative skills and passion for design are at your disposal. Our hospitality design team implements creative design concepts from initial sketches, then 3D renders through to finalised CAD drawings. We carry out comprehensive site surveys ready for accurate installation and seek all necessary council approvals for the design.

All design is CAD documented, with full working drawings with details and sections, specifications and scopes of work. We provide drawings for tender, building consent, construction and "As Builts". Good communication is essential and we work closely with you every step along the way. This ensures that you receive a compelling space fitting your brand with uncompromised design - that will have your target clientele banging on the door begging to be allowed in.

Building Consent

This is where Spaceworks adds real value to any project, we are simply nags! We phone the council every 2-3 following up any consent lodgement, making sure any questions or queries are addressed as soon as they occur. We pride ourselves on the prompt approval of our consents: let us take the pain away and start building!

Construction & Management

We have a wealth of experience in construction, cost and project management. At Spaceworks we are highly focused on quality products and workmanship, cost management and programme delivery. We achieve the highest standards and are used to working with very short deadlines. We have relationships with a variety of contractors and can tender the project to ensure you achieve the most competitive and cost-effective solution. As our client you will benefit from the expertise and relationships we have with our partners.
