Learning Curve – This new skate shop, 125 K´ Rd, Auckland, started life as a 25sqm concrete shell with a high stud. This boutique space itself provided unique problems, coupled with a programme schedule of only 3 weeks at the most difficult time of year, Christmas / New Year.

The main challenge for this project, aside from the programme, was working out the best way to make a really small space fulfill all the aesthetic and practical requirements whilst not feeling cluttered and overwhelming. Beautiful, innovative and functional storage solutions were a must.
