The initial stage of any office project starts with understanding your company and its culture, your people, your products and services and your plans for long term growth. The second phase is the design process and we are passionate about this. Good design is key in an office environment. The absorption stage of our process ensures that we understand you and your business and can express your values through good design.
Our office design team creates space-efficient layouts from initial sketches, then 3D renders through to finalised CAD drawings. We carry out comprehensive site surveys ready for accurate installation and seek all necessary council approvals for the design.
All design is CAD documented, with full working drawings with details and sections, specifications and scopes of work. We provide drawings for tender, building consent, construction and "As Builts".
