At Spaceworks, we provide a complete design and fitout service, specialising in hospitality, retail and commercial offices.


Our initial process includes briefing, concept space­planning, and budget estimates on all construction costs, furniture and joinery. This stage is often considered as a feasibility study and can be an extremely valuable tool during lease negotiations or for the comparison of potential spaces.

The second phase includes refining the brief, concept development, full plans and documentation for building consent lodgement, tender pricing and construction. Partition, furniture, power and data, ceiling, fire services, plumbing, air­conditioning, finishes and joinery details can all be handled by the Spaceworks team. The next step is to administer the project. This includes Council liaison, furniture procurement, co­ordination of the main and sub-contractors and help with your relocation.

Our service can be tailored to suit your requirements, using some or all of the services outlined above, with Spaceworks either working alone or alongside and architect or developer if you are undertaking a "Design­Build".
